Chef Andrew Bachelier To Open New Restaurant In Encinitas In Partnership With Skateboard Legend Tony Hawk

Chef Andrew Bachelier is known for two fabulous restaurants in Carlsbad.  Campfire which has a woodfire-based menu and Juene et Jolie, a contemporary French-style bistro that was recently awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition. We are excited to see what his new place has to offer in Encinitas.  The plan at this time is to have it be a casual-meet-fine-dining restaurant with globally-inspired cuisine and of course a cocktail bar.  Skateboard legend local Tony Hawk will be part of the investment team. Opening in 2022.
