The Goods Artisan Doughnuts – Carlsbad, California
The blue-velvet banquette seating with marble-topped tables enticed us to sit awhile, and enjoy the smell of fresh baked artisan doughnuts. Some of the most popular flavors are, the Boston cream, Smores, Strawberry Cheesecake and Tahitian vanilla doughnuts.
Everything is made in-house and baked in batches throughout the day, ensuring their doughnuts are always fresh. And with gluten-free and vegan varieties available, there’s a treat for one and all.
The s’mores doughnut is a nostalgic tribute to summer beach bonfires with marshmallow smores. Another delicious doughnut is the Brown Butter, it melts in your mouth.
When the Barille Family is not making donuts, they are also the owner of Cafe Topes, one of Carlsbad’s best breakfast eateries. And let’s not forget Mom’s homemade cinnamon rolls.
